This historic time in American and Idaho politics requires an historic response.

You can be part of that history by donating to the work of the League of Women Voters of Idaho during Idaho Gives, April 28-May 1. Your donation will support the League as it strives to help sustain democracy by informing voters through Vote411 (our online voter guide), candidate forums, voter registration events, community briefings on key issues, and through collaboration with our state’s next generation of engaged citizens. 

Two ambitious projects underway for 2026 will need additional support. One is an effort to help elderly Idahoans apply for and receive state issued identification cards in their care facilities rather than at the DMV. The other is a Legislative Accountability Project through which we will create a user-friendly citizen’s guide to the voting records of every member of the 2025 Idaho Legislature.

Mark your calendar to give! On April 28 - May 1, visit idahogives.org and donate to LWVID and/or to any of the great participating nonprofit organizations in your community. All giving will end at 11:59PM on May 1, so make sure to get your gift in on time!
