Medicaid for Idaho
Medicaid Expansion Petition Drive
2/12/2018 Meeting will focus on Medicaid Expansion. Monday, February 12th at the Gaiwan Tea House at 901 N 4th St Coeur d'Alene. Meeting Room is reserved from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM Public is welcome to attend this meeting talking about the Medicaid Expansion Petition to put the issue on the ballot. Business Meeting starts at 11:45 AM. The discussion-based workshop will be facilitated by LWVKC Secretary Jessica Mahuron and active member Barb McFarland. Feel free to bring any study materials to share with the group. Gaiwan Tea House has graciously provided us a non-profit rate for use of their enclosed meeting room. The good news is that all purchases of their high, quality teas and snacks go towards the room rental. If you haven't been there yet, you are in for a real treat! For those who are currently circulating the Medicaid Expansion petition, please bring whatever signatures you have to the meeting. Both Lisa Schaff and now Jessica Mahuron are Notary Publics. Jessica will bring extra petitions and training materials for people to take.
